Broken or Faulty Goods

If your order is received faulty please post it back to us with a note, including your order number and reason for return, we will then send you a replacement, and refund your return postage.
It is important that items are returned to us by cheapest possible method, and we recommend you obtain a proof of posting from your post office (this is free of charge in the UK).

Unwanted Goods

If upon receiving your order you decide that it is not as you expected, or you change your mind, you can post the item back to us for exchange or refund, as long as the item is in its original and unspoilt packaging. We cannot however refund postal charges.
If you wish to exchange something and you are in the UK and it is a small item we will post your replacement back to you free of charge, if you are outside of the UK, or the item you exchanged for is large, we will have to charge you the return postage to post the replacement back to you.

We cannot exchange earrings, due to health risks, we can only replace them for the same earring if found faulty.
