Exactly as shown in the picture with great detail and great craftsmanship. The back just pushes on but its very secure and sturdy but not so tight that its hard to remove. The weight is good. Your going to know its there unlike cheap plastic alternatives but its not too heavy and feels very comfortable while looking very very cool. The pin is standard length also so you could put a butterfly back on and wear the skull as a stud for an alternative if you wanted. Very cool
